We heard "them" say they had it turned off then I heard Joanna come upstairs calling out to Sallie Mathews. Was it to throw us off or did she slip and say the last name while addressing Sallie? I had Debra bring the picture Tony drew of Sallie and I also scanned the drawing into the computer and asked on several other occasions in several different ways who the picture was of including last name. So in character for me the questions just kept coming. Was it the time of the year or what? Did they think that with a larger group such as we had in March that they could speak more freely because it would be harder to pick out evp? As I recall it was just Jerry and I and a huge thunderstorm we thought would be perfect for evp.

Jennifer smiled and a few days later she called and said that there was a Joanna that lived next door with a daughter named Beth. I asked about the other names and Danny had mentioned the name Frank. I was pretty sure I had heard another name.

There are several people in the room, and the children are going through their gift bags in which there was a rabbit's foot, an small puzzle book, an un-inflated punching balloon, crayons, cookie suckers, bouncy balls and a few other trinkets. What is being considered an EVP is a seemingly nonsense word spoken saying "canstick". Tony did not recall saying this word and it simply does not make sense with the conversation.
